Shackleton x James Norbury x Osprey Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions, and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.

Eligibility

Entrants must be aged 18 or over. The giveaway is open worldwide, void where prohibited by law.

No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.

How to Enter

To enter the competition, entrants must follow @shackletonofficial, @jamesnorbury, and @ospreyeurope on Instagram.

Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt. The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for any reason.

Closing Date

The competition closes on November 21st, 2025, at midnight (GMT).

Winner Selection

One (1) prize draw winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries using an independent, third-party platform on November 22nd, 2025.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @shackletonofficial and will have 2 days from notification to claim their prize.


If the winner does not claim the prize within this timeframe, the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering and upon acceptance of the prize. The Promoters cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery.

Prize Details

The winner will receive:

From Shackleton:

  • The Shackleton Ski Capsule Collection, including the Fortuna Ski Suit, or the equivalent value in Shackleton store credit.

From Osprey:

  • Soelden 32 (Men’s) / Sopris 32 (Women’s) – New Season Winter 2025 model

  • Wheeled Transporter 120L Duffel

  • Ultralight Starter Set (Packing Cubes)

Total approximate retail value: £2,000 GBP / €2,300 EUR / $2,500 USD (subject to currency variation).

Prizes must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold. If for any reason a prize is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the prize for another of equal or greater value.

General Terms

  • The Promoters’ decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

  • The Promoters reserve the right to verify winners and request proof of identity, age, and address, and to withdraw prize entitlement where reasonable grounds exist to believe there has been a breach of these terms.

  • Entry into the promotion is at the entrant’s sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, or claims suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the promotion or acceptance of a prize.

  • If the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including due to tampering, fraud, technical failures, or causes beyond the Promoters’ control), the Promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.

  • The Promoters are not responsible for any system errors, delays, or non-received entries or notifications caused by technical issues.

Data Protection

Any personal information shared with the Promoters will be kept secure and only used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, unless the entrant opts into future marketing from any of the Promoters.
By entering, entrants agree that their information may be used to administer the promotion, and winners consent to their name and region being used for a winners’ list.

Governing Law

This promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
