The final and lightest addition to Shackleton's ultralight down range, the Hannan is more than an outdoor essential—it’s a statement of purpose. Its featherweight construction allows unrestricted movement while providing essential warmth.

Engineered from 100% recycled Pertex Quantum Ultra Lightweight fabric (28gsm) featuring the same soft-touch abrasion micro-ripstop weave as the Hercules. The 800 fill power 90/10 RDS certified goose down insulation retains warmth without unnecessary bulk. The microfleece collar delivers improved comfort.

As a lightweight outer layer, the Hannan acts as a year-round stalwart that will be as welcome on early summer mornings as it will be in winter as a mid-layer.

Care Instructions

Machine wash 40 gentle cycle
Do not bleach
Tumble dry cool to restore water repellency
Iron on low temperature
Do not dry clean
Do not use fabric conditioner
Use a non-biological detergent
Wash with all fasteners closed
Wash and dry with similar colours
Tumble dry with three laundry balls

Optimal Baffle Construction

Featuring a 5cm stitch through baffle construction creates high warmth retention in key locations across the body.

Packable

A compact stuff sack is located in the internal security pocket. Made from the same 100% recycled micro ripstop fabric, it provides the option to easily compress down and travel with the Hannan when not in use.

Protection shouldn't come at the expense of comfort, the microfleece chin guard provides a beautifully soft to touch experience.

Measurements:

Chest

Outline your chest with a tape measure and breathe normally. Notice the variations as you breathe and record the highest number.

Waist

Place yourself in front of a mirror with your  waist clearly visible. Slightly tilting the torso to the side, visualise the formation of a crease, which indicates the position of the natural waist. Wrap the waist.

Hips

Outline with the tape measure the "wider" region below the waist, running parallel to the highest part of the glutes.
