Palmer is Shackleton’s first-ever softshell trouser for hiking, climbing and traveling with 4-way stretch, a PFC-free C0 DWR, ankle kick guards and concealed leg vents in a sleek, versatile package.

The high-performance softshell, double-weave fabric is tough, sheds light moisture and is built for movement with four-way stretch, yet is extremely breathable (2.23 RET) with a climbing gusset to maximise freedom of movement in the mountains and a 50+ UPF rating. Palmer is your technically versatile trouser for hiking, climbing and outdoor adventure.

Comfortable up to +25°C, Palmer can be paired with a base layer for temperatures down to -20°C and can adapt to a host of activities on and off the mountain, from hiking the Lakes to summiting Mont Blanc. Wherever your next adventure takes you, Palmer can step to it.
