Iceland Pre-expedition Training (Video)

On October 17th news will break of an historic undertaking. A journey that has never before been accomplished by anyone in the history of polar exploration. A tribute to Ernest Shackleton’s legacy and the inextinguishable flame of the Endurance.

We’ll be following every step, delving into the journey as it unfolds and bringing you updates from a world apart – a continent of frozen volcanoes, mile-deep crevasses and endless ice plateaus.

In this first video - uploaded on the new Shackleton YouTube channel - we give a brief preview of our pre-expedition kit check and glacial conditioning on Iceland's Langjokull glacier.
