Bought a Lockroy parka. It’s an exceptional winter coat, well made and rugged for all conditions. Superbly warm and in the flesh is as true to the website pictures as it can be. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I purchased my jacket following a friend recommendation, I am very please with the quality and overall fit of the jacket which fits true to size. Although a considered purchase the quality is there to be seen, with a very good attention to the details. Highly recommend the brand.

I bought the Pilot jacket at full price a day before it's price was reduced by 30%. The response from customer support was that I could return it if it was in perfect condition with the labels attached. I'd worn it alreadyso that was not an option. In week two of owning this high quality jacket I noticed a draught coming from the pocket area and on inspection the stitiching on the inner pocket lining is unstitched. The jacket is generally good but the lack of reasonable customer service and the quality of the stitching leaves me disappointed with the brand.

Review of the 2025 Pilot Jacket
I had been searching for a high-quality winter jacket for the past few months, primarily focusing on Canadian brands. However, one day I came across Shackleton, and it immediately caught my attention. Intrigued, I did some more research and found that most reviews were overwhelmingly positive. That gave me the confidence to go ahead and make the purchase.
A week later, my jacket arrived—and wow, I was blown away. The quality and craftsmanship are truly exceptional. While I live in the southern U.S., I frequently travel to Europe during the winter months, and I believe this jacket will be perfect for those trips.
One feature that particularly stood out to me was the side zipper for ventilation. I haven’t seen this in any other brand, and it’s a brilliant design choice. If it’s not too cold, you can unzip it slightly to let in some air, making it incredibly versatile.
Since I haven’t tested the jacket against extreme winter conditions yet, I can’t speak to its full performance, but so far, I’m extremely impressed. For the price, it’s an excellent investment. Thanks, Shackleton

Have just taken delivery of a new Kaplan cap.
I bought the original version when it first came out a year or two ago and it was good then.
But the material and clasp at the back have been further improved.
