RETURN POLICY

Buying from Shackleton couldn't be easier. Enjoy the comfort of trying on at your own home and if it doesn't match your needs, you can conveniently return your order, following the return instructions below.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must do so within 30 days of the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

STARTING YOUR RETURN

All returns are handled through the Shackleton Returns Portal. Enter your order number and email address to view the item(s) you have purchased and select the ones you wish to return.

Submit your return request and your returns label will be issued immediately. Attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at your most convenient drop-off location.

If you do not receive your label or have any questions regarding your return, please contact Shackleton Customer Service at info@shackleton.com.

RETURN COSTS

Returns are free on the following orders:

United Kingdom: all orders
United States: orders over $350
Canada: orders over CA$450

For all other orders, you do not need to pay for your return label separately. The cost of return postage is simply deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

Free exchanges are currently available in the United Kingdom. In all other countries, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.

RETURNING A PURCHASE WITH A FREE GIFT

Occasionally we may offer a promotion whereby a free item is gifted in conjunction with the purchase of a full priced item. Should you need to return the full priced item for whatever reason, any refund issued will have the full cost of the gifted item deducted from the total amount refunded unless you return the gifted item with your main purchase.

If you wish to return the free gift item for any reason, please note that there will be no refund issued.
