How would you rate the service?
Jumper was as expected. Fitted well, great colour and quality.
The packaging needs improvement as the jumper was badly creased and will need washing and laying flat to hopefully eradicate the creases.

At the London shop.
I purchased the quest hardshell and the quality and finish are second to none. The attention to detail around the fit and finish is brilliant. I have purchased jackets for a number of years and this has the best fitting hood and does get blown away in the most gentle of breezes. It was well worth the money.
