We will ship all orders within 24 hours and most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days in the UK. International orders usually between 7-10 days.

For orders outside the European Union, you may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the receiver. Shackleton has no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely. We advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

Discounts can only be applied to full-price items.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must do so within 30 days of the date of your purchase. If 30 days have past, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We offer free returns and exchanges within the UK. If you are exchanging an item, remember to let us know what you would like. To make a return, email support@theshackleton.com with your proof of purchase and the reason for your return. We will email you a postage label to print and stick onto your package.

Customers outside of the UK are required to pay postage for returns. Please email support@theshackleton.com prior to posting with your proof of purchase and the reason for your return.

For returns outside the UK, please re-wrap your purchase in the original packaging and send it to Shackleton (Returns Department), Unit 23, Albert Drive, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9TN.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.
