Shackleton’s designers selected a 63%-recycled wool blend rather than synthetic fleece because wool naturally regulates body temperature and resists odour all day long while providing unparalleled, soft-touch comfort. The wool blend is tuned to elevate comfort and maximise durability to make Freemantle your go-to solution for keeping your core warm.
Engineered for a luxurious feel, Freemantle also features an Extrafine Merino wool blend in the knitted internal collar and hem. Merino is soft against the skin, adds warmth without weight and is more breathable than synthetic alternatives. With a refined style to accompany you throughout your day, Freemantle has two external zipped side pockets as well as internal pockets for smaller valuables and additional wind protection behind the front zip. This barrier combines with the wool to retain warmth in your core where you need it the most.
