If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must do so within 30 days of the date of your purchase. If 30 days have past, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
UK MAINLAND (INCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND)
We offer free returns and exchanges within the UK. Please start your return by entering your order number and postcode into the Shackleton Returns Portal to view the item(s) you have purchased and select for return.
Simply submit your return request and receive your returns label immediately.
If you do not receive your shipping label or you have any questions regarding your return, please contact Shackleton Customer Service at info@shackleton.com.
REST OF WORLD
Please start your return by entering your order number and email into the International Returns Portal to view the item(s) you have purchased and select for return. A DHL label will be generated and you will then be required to stick the label onto the parcel and drop it at your local DHL drop-off centre.
Please note, you are not required to pay the prepaid return post separately, it is deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.
