Shackleton offer free returns and exchanges within the UK. Please start your return by entering your order number and postcode into theShackleton Returns Portalto view the item(s) you have purchased and select for return.
Simply submit your return request and receive your returns label immediately.

REST OF WORLD For returns outside the UK, please re-wrap your purchase in the original packaging and send it to Shackleton (Returns Department), Unit 23, Albert Drive, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9TN. Customers outside of the UK are required to pay postage for returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.
As Shackleton cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods, we recommend insuring return parcels.
