EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

Shop with confidence over the festive period with our extended returns policy. Any purchases made online or in-store between 1st November and 24th December 2022 can be returned up until 31st January 2023. For purchases made from 25th December onwards, our 30 day refund policy will apply.

We endeavour to get all orders packed and sent as quickly as possible. 

UK Mainland (including Northern Ireland)

- Free Standard Delivery on all UK Mainland and Northern Ireland orders

Rest of World Delivery

- Free Delivery on all International Orders

Notes

We will ship all orders within 24 hours and most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days in the UK. International orders usually between 7-10 days.

PLATINUM PRINTS

Each platinum print is hand-made to order so can take up to two weeks from ordering for the print to be crafted. These are then dispatched from Germany to the Royal Geographical Society in London where they are checked before being sent onto their final destination. Price of shipping is based on the size of the print and it's final delivery address and is inclusive of insurance.

Platinum prints are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that this happens please contact info@shackleton.com.  

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must do so within 30 days of the date of your purchase. If 30 days have past, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

UK MAINLAND (INCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND)

We offer free returns and exchanges within the UK. Please start your return by entering your order number and postcode into the Shackleton Returns Portal to view the item(s) you have purchased and select for return.

Simply submit your return request and receive your returns label immediately.

If you do not receive your shipping label or you have any questions regarding your return, please contact Shackleton Customer Service at info@shackleton.com.

REST OF WORLD

Please start your return by entering your order number and email into the International Returns Portal to view the item(s) you have purchased and select for return. A DHL label will be generated and you will then be required to stick the label onto the parcel and drop it at your local DHL drop-off centre.

Please note, you are not required to pay the prepaid return post separately, it is deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.

RETURNING A PURCHASE WITH A FREE GIFT

Occasionally we may offer a promotion whereby a free item is gifted in conjunction with the purchase of a full priced item. Should you need to return the full priced item for whatever reason, any refund issued will have the full cost of the gifted item deducted from the total amount refunded unless you return the gifted item with your main purchase.

If you wish to return the free gift item for any reason, please note that there will be no refund issued.
