We will ship all orders within 24 hours and most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days in the UK. International orders usually between 7-10 days.

For orders outside the UK, you may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the receiver. Shackleton has no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely. We advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

Discounts can only be applied to full-price items.


Each platinum print is hand-made to order so can take up to two weeks from ordering for the print to be crafted. These are then dispatched from Germany to the Royal Geographical Society in London where they are checked before being sent onto their final destination. Price of shipping is based on the size of the print and it's final delivery address and is inclusive of insurance.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must do so within 30 days of the date of your purchase. If 30 days have past, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


We offer free returns and exchanges within the UK. Please start your return by entering your order number and postcode into the Shackleton Returns Portal to view the item(s) you have purchased and select for return.

Simply submit your return request and receive your returns label immediately.

For returns outside the UK, please re-wrap your purchase in the original packaging and send it to Shackleton (Returns Department), Unit 23, Albert Drive, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9TN. Customers outside of the UK are required to pay postage for returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.

As Shackleton cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods, we recommend insuring return parcels.
